6th-8th Grade Computing

We will be learning about the basics of computer use, computer and internet security, the use of standard applications, network applications, different operating systems, and educational games.

We will also be using graphics programs to create images and go through some basic game programming tutorials using a simple game development framework for the Java programming language, while also gaining exposure to other learning languages like LOGO, BASIC, and Karel the Robot.
